About this site

tkadallas.org is owned and operated by South Dallas Community School (DBA "The King's Academy Dallas"), a Texas nonprofit corporation. The site provides general information about the school and is not a substitute for the official school handbook or enrollment contract.

Acceptable use

  • Do not submit knowingly false information through any form.
  • Do not attempt to access non-public areas of the site or bypass security.
  • Do not use the site to harass, defame, or harm any person.
  • Do not scrape, copy, or republish content without written permission.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text, photography, the TKA logo, and brand marks, is owned by The King's Academy Dallas or used under license. You may share links to public pages, but reproduction requires written permission.

Third-party services

Links to BlackBaud (donations), RenWeb/FACTS (parent portal and applications), Publitas (compliance documents), Instagram, and Google Maps take you to services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

Donations

Gifts processed through BlackBaud are governed by BlackBaud's terms. Tax-deductibility statements appear on the Give page. Receipts are issued by The King's Academy Dallas.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and current but make no warranty about completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The King's Academy Dallas and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
