Who we are
The King's Academy Dallas (operating under South Dallas Community School, a Texas nonprofit corporation). Contact: info@tkadallas.org.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us. That includes information you submit through forms (name, email, phone, and message content for tour requests, contact, prayer, volunteer, donor inquiries, and newsletter signup), plus standard server logs and aggregated analytics (page views, device type, referrer) collected through Google Analytics 4.
How we use it
- Responding to inquiries and requested follow-ups
- Processing tour, volunteer, and donor inquiry requests
- Sending the newsletter you opted into
- Improving the site's content and performance
What we don't do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share form submissions with third parties except the integrated services strictly required to deliver requested communications (e.g., our email provider).
Donations
Donation processing is handled by our payment partner, BlackBaud. Financial information you enter on the BlackBaud donation page is governed by BlackBaud's privacy policy, not this one.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use it. You can disable cookies in your browser; some functionality may be affected.
Children's privacy
This site is operated by a K–8 school. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 directly through the public website. Student records are maintained within RenWeb / FACTS, which has its own privacy controls.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailingprivacy@tkadallas.org.
