Educational Philosophy

The King's Academy believes that children were created in God's image and therefore have great value and purpose (Genesis 1:27). TKA teachers create and maintain a learning environment where students are treated with dignity, respect, and love. Every child is unique with his or her individual rate of physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual development.

Statement of Faith

• We believe the Bible is the inerrant, inspired Word of God and is our final authority for faith and life (2 Timothy 3:16).
• We believe in one God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• We believe in the deity, virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, bodily resurrection, and personal return of Jesus Christ.
• We believe salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.
• We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who indwells every believer.
• We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ and in the importance of the local church.
